Naples Joint Planning Board

The Planning Board makes reports and investigations in connection with the planning and development of the Village/Town and the creation of a master or strategic plan.

The Planning Board also has authority to issue Special Use Permits, Permitted Principal Use Permits, conduct Site Plan Reviews and approval of subdivision plats pursuant to the Zoning Law.
